Designed as a modern interpretation of a dragon-shaped imperial seal, this sculpture embodies both cultural reverence and contemporary aesthetics. On its base, the four characters 風調雨順 (“timely wind and rain”)—personally written by artist Heinrich Wang—convey a timeless prayer for nature’s balance and society’s peace.
