What kinds of tea are NewChi teapots suitable for?

Our designs are compatible with black tea, white tea, oolong, and other varieties. Each piece is carefully engineered for lid fit, water flow, and ergonomic grip.

Can I customize the gift packaging or greeting card?

We offer signature gift boxes by default. You may leave a message at checkout if you’d like us to handwrite a card, or inquire about elevated packaging options.

Are the tea sets dishwasher-safe?

We do not recommend dishwashers. For longevity, please wash gently by hand with warm water and avoid metal scrubbing or strong impact.
